Retta is a seasoned operator, investor and M&A practitioner with experience in acquiring and operating businesses in the consumer retail & manufacturing space.

Prior to RDM Partners, Retta was an investment banker focused on Mergers and Acquisitions for over a decade.

Prior to investment banking, Retta graduated with a degree in Biological Engineering from Cornell University.

Raised in Ithaca, New York, Retta now resides in New York City with his family and enjoys triathlons, soccer, traveling and serving his community. A devoted husband and father, Retta finds his greatest joy in the love and laughter he shares with his wife and son.

Alan is currently an Intern at RDM Partners, supporting dealwork, sourcing, and diligence across different sectors.

Additionally as a first-year college student, Alan serves as a portfolio manager in his school's endowment fund, along with a background in trading and investments.

Moved from China and raised in Princeton, Alan seeks to provide value as a student and learn as many things as possible, fueled by his interest in finance.

Rose is an Analyst at RDM Partners, where she supports deal sourcing, market research, and preliminary financial analysis across new investment opportunities.

Rose has prior investment banking experience in M&A and capital markets, including roles at Lombard Global in Dallas and Mouette Securities in Hong Kong.

Rose is particularly interested in applying data-driven analysis to evaluate small and mid-sized businesses and to deepen her understanding of different industries.

Janice is an Investment Analyst at RDM Partners, where she supports the full investment process through deal sourcing, market and company research, NDA execution, and the financial evaluation of new investment opportunities.

Previously, Janice gained exposure to the healthcare industry through working at Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, while gaining buy-side experience at a venture capital firm. Janice currently is double majoring in Economics and International Studies with a minor in Accounting and Financial Management at Johns Hopkins University. 

Janice hopes to apply her disciplined research, strategic thinking, and long-term value creation to a career in investing, where she'll create thoughtful judgement to allocate capital effectively. 

Via is an Analyst at RDM Partners, where she supports due diligence, preliminary financial analysis, and industry research across new investment opportunities.

Via previously worked in strategy and transaction consulting, risk advisory, and healthcare case management, including positions at Deloitte in Beijing and Wynn Hospital in New York.

She is particularly interested in applying market research and data analysis to better understand healthcare systems and inform investment decisions across the healthcare industry. 

Raised in Beijing, China, Via now lives in New Haven, where she is pursuing a graduate degree in biostatistics at Yale University.
