Retta is a seasoned operator, investor and M&A practitioner with experience in acquiring and operating businesses in the consumer retail & manufacturing space.
Prior to RDM Partners, Retta was an investment banker focused on Mergers and Acquisitions for over a decade.
Prior to investment banking, Retta graduated with a degree in Biological Engineering from Cornell University.
Raised in Ithaca, New York, Retta now resides in New York City with his family and enjoys triathlons, soccer, traveling and serving his community. A devoted husband and father, Retta finds his greatest joy in the love and laughter he shares with his wife and son.

Jeff Hooper

Jeff Hooper is a seasoned healthcare executive with deep expertise in operational refinement, sales effectiveness, C-suite coaching, and M&A.
As the Chief Operating Officer of Trident Care, the nation's leading provider of mobile bedside diagnostics and laboratory services, Jeff led day-to-day operations across 38 states. He played a key role in strategic planning with the board and spearheaded nearly a dozen acquisitions, guiding them from identification through seamless integration.
Jeff brings extensive experience in both PE-backed enterprises and Fortune 500 companies. During his tenure at Trident Care, he successfully navigated the company through three private equity ownership transitions. Prior to that, he served as Director of Operations for a $7 billion division of Cardinal Health.

Additionally, Alan serves as a portfolio manager for the Stevens Institute of Technology endowment fund, utilizing his background in trading and investments.
Originally from China and raised in Princeton, Alan seeks to provide value across industries, fueled by his interest in finance. -

Rose Deng
Analyst
Rose is an Analyst at RDM Partners, where she supports deal sourcing, market research, and preliminary financial analysis across new investment opportunities.
Rose has prior investment banking experience in M&A and capital markets, including roles at Lombard Global in Dallas and Mouette Securities in Hong Kong.
Rose is particularly interested in applying data-driven analysis to evaluate small and mid-sized businesses and to deepen her understanding of different industries.

Janice Lin
Analyst
Janice is an Investment Analyst at RDM Partners, where she supports the full investment process through deal sourcing, market and company research, NDA execution, and the financial evaluation of new investment opportunities.
Previously, Janice gained exposure to the healthcare industry through working at Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, while gaining buy-side experience at a venture capital firm. Janice has a double major in Economics and International Studies with a minor in Accounting and Financial Management from Johns Hopkins University.
Janice applies her disciplined research, strategic thinking, and long-term value creation to a career in investing, where she creates thoughtful judgement to allocate capital effectively.
